Valley Commissary is a full-service caterer in Oregon's Willamette Valley.  We take pride in creating custom menus inspired by our customers preferences, budget and dietary requests. Our chef Jesse Kincheloe's menu creativity is derived from fresh produce and sustainably raised meats; sourced directly from our local purveyors, ranchers and mongers.  Every dish is prepared from scratch in our restaurant and cooked fresh on-site for your special event. From a drop off lunch catering to intimate dinner party or an elegant wedding reception, Valley Commissary can accommodate a wide range of event sizes and styles, cooking techniques and we offer a distinctive experience.  

We're a private venue too! Valley Commissary is a breakfast & lunch restaurant by day so we can dedicate our evenings to catering. Our restaurant is available for rent 7 nights/ week and can be arranged to suit your event style. Two glass roll up doors bring in lots of natural light and when weather allows, will be open for additional entertaining and dining space. Watch the chefs prepare your meal in the open kitchen while taking advantage of the seating around our chefs counter. We comfortably seat 40 at our wood dining tables (60 if we utilize outside table space), 14 can dine around our chefs counter and we have found 80 is a comfortable number for standing room style events.
